We will be in a small group, lying within cosy blankets on the floor (please bring your own bedding - see Sound healing page for details) and the session will last for over an hour with some time afterwards for gently grounding yourself after your sound journey.

Please note that you will need to arrive with plenty of time to set up your space. Doors open 15 minutes ahead of the start time. Due to the sensitivity of the session, we will not be able to let in late comers.
