A deep experience of calm
The music of the gong is a wondrous thing. It reaches deep within you and facilitates an easing of tension both in mind and body. Your response will be unique as the harmonics of the gong and percussion gently balance your state of being. It can feel like you have experienced something deeply spiritual which will give you food for thought for the days to come. See below for some of the comments from previous attendees.
We will be in a small group, lying within cosy blankets on the floor (please bring your own bedding - see Sound healing page for details) and the session will last about an hour with extra time afterwards for gently grounding yourself after your sound journey.
Please note that you will need to arrive with plenty of time to set up your space. Doors open 15 minutes ahead of the start time. Due to the sensitivity of the session, we will not be able to let in late comers.
